HOW TO MAKE AIRCRAFT BAND RECEIVER

We know airband radios are quiet expensive. probably standard radios like radio in our vehicle

,range from 88 - 108 MHz. But radio bands are having extended frequency and which
is more than we 108 MHz , (airband have ) 108 - 138 MHz. it is in the range of municipal airport's air traffic control range. these channels are  easy to find because they are too close

So we are here to do some variations in our STANDARD RADIO to make a airband receiver.

standard radios are restricted in receive frequency morethan 108 MHz. With simple techniques we can band our radio frequency.

COMPONENTS WE NEED TO MAKE AIRBAND ;

Inside the radio there are some copper coils which is rounded and attach to the PCB board. 

STEP1:

There is 3 rounded coil in the pcb circuit board found it. It is near by the variable capacitor or (turner of radio)   

STEP2: 

Three coil represent to the MHz of radio receiver. 

Tune a station. And expand the coil which will lose the tuned station 

MHz is increased to 108 - 138 MHz

Go to near by airport. and tune it. you can simply hear it. CLICK HERE  know more
